Stroke Education Council of Marin
The Stroke Education Counci of Marin provides resources for ongoing rehabilitation and well-being for stroke survivors and their families, caregivers, or anyone with a physical disability. The Stroke Education Council's website, www.strokeinfomarin.org, provides information regarding health care needs, rehabilitation and home care services, or general financial, recreational, equipment, insurance, fitness and other resources and information regarding local support groups. This valuable resource was partially funded by a grant from the Marin Healthcare District.
